I want to thank you so much for this ROCD app. It saved my life! I had been doing CBT therapy for OCD but it was very general. This app targets the exact thoughts and perceptions that run through my head.

I’m becoming much more aware of my misconceptions about relationships therefore I’m starting to change my perception towards them. I feel like this shift will help me build healthier relationships!

Thank you so much for your research into ROCD and for making this app. I am really enjoying it and plan on buying it once I finish the free version.
It is really validating to see the different statements and realize that what I am experiencing is indeed ROCD. What a relief!!!!! It also helps to know what the different thoughts are so, I can identify them when they happen.
